1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Apex Odds: Bet Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App Does

Apex Odds is a personal betting tracker. It allows you to record, organise, and analyse your own betting activity. The App does not facilitate, accept, or place bets on your behalf. It is a record-keeping tool only.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use this App. In most countries this is 18 years or older. By using the App you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement where you reside.

4. Responsible Gambling

Apex Odds is designed to help you track and understand your betting activity. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life or the lives of those around you, please seek help:

5. Premium Subscription

The App offers an optional premium subscription ("Apex Odds Premium") that unlocks additional features. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until that date.
• We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. For refund requests, contact Google Play support directly.

6. Free Tier

The App is available to use for free with certain limitations. We reserve the right to adjust the features available on the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Your Data

All betting records you enter are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your own data. We are not liable for any loss of data due to device failure, uninstallation, or any other cause. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations are always accurate. You use the App at your own risk. The App is a personal record-keeping tool — always verify important figures independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any financial losses related to betting activity tracked in the App.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the App are owned by or licensed to Apex Odds. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
